I just recently got back into Warframe on Xbox (Thanks COVID), and I'm finding a lot of stuff I want to do is locked behind Railjack. I'm the only member (and General) of a Ghost Clan, but I can't figure out how to build a Dry Dock, and I have no idea if Railjack is even something random players will join me in or if it's locked behind having friends who play.

Dry Dock is built like a room in your Dojo, and will be increasing capacity slightly with it. Our goal is to release Dry Dock before Empyrean to help you prepare. The new Orbiter will probably be included with this. You will see your Railjack in the Dry Dock – your clanmates will see their own.

Dojos are social spaces customized by players that give access to things like labs and the dry dock. Each of these is necessary to unlock some of the most powerful weapons in the game, as well as several Warframes and Railjack content (i.e. spaceship battles).

The room also directly faces into a space-based skybox, but one that’s surrounded with antennae and various shields. There are also LOTS of unbuildable areas in the Dry Dock.
